Job Requirements: The candidates with the following qualifications / capabilities will be considered.  Civil Engineer / QS / Interior Designer - Degree or diploma holders. 5 to 7 years of experience in estimation for Dubai-based interior firms. Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel). Take-off quantities from drawings and prepare cost proposals for projects within deadlines. Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of coordinating with specialist suppliers and subcontractors to get the best prices. Capable of rate analysis towards building up a cost estimate. Working knowledge of joinery, FFE and MEP estimation and pricing.
