Requirements: Planning Engineer MUST possess the below minimum requirements: Experience in Project Planning. Must have an engineering degree. Must have good English verbal and writing skills. Arabic a plus but not required. Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in Primavera P6 scheduling programs. Have site base experience and knowledge of construction sequencing. Have thorough knowledge of resource and cost loading and subcontractor work forces. Must be able to utilize other software applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
