Currently experiencing an exciting new growth phase, the firm has an immediate requirement for a brilliant Commercial Litigator to join their successful practice.
Reporting into highly experienced partners, you will gain exposure to a range of general commercial, corporate, mining & resources based litigation work. You will be encouraged to work directly with your clients, who will include a number of listed companies and leading corporate organisations in the energy & resources sector.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a background working for a quality top-tier or boutique firm and you will be asked to call upon your court experience regularly. Exceptional technical legal knowledge and research skills, an understanding of litigation processes and court procedure and the ability to prepare high quality court documents and written advices will be key to your success in this role.
Previous exposure to large scale clients and litigation matters is a must, as are strong client relationship and negotiation skills. Due to the scope and level of work on offer, the firm is able to tailor a role to suit your level of experience, with work available for a lawyer with 3 years PAE, through to Senior Associate level.
