Site Account Manager

Currently Outotec are seeking to engage a Site Account Manager. The purpose being to develop and support all Service offerings with our customers and maximize all sales efforts in a direct and indirect method.
As Site Account Manager, you will:
Identify business opportunities utilising current and future installed base for all of Outotec’s technologies & offerings within the Services Business
Customer relationship management including extensive travel to client sites
Opportunity identification for; Servicing – contract agreements, Spare parts – stock replenishment, forward purchase agreements & insurance spares, audits and metallurgical optimisation services, brownfield upgrades & modernisation
Report to relevant departments and service teams all leads and opportunities and support these though sufficient information and other methods such as supported site visits when required
Participate in all report processes including but not limited to monthly forecast and actual call plans, monthly budgets and ensuring that all leads, opportunities & changes to customer data have been updated within Outotec’s CRM system.
Participate in regional strategic plan, including marketing programs, target initiatives and annual budgeting
Increase prospects of new equipment sales and pass to the relevant capital sales area
To succeed, you will need:
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience working in remote communities
Ability to work autonomously on day to day basis but also be part of Outotec team
Strong customer service drive and commitment
Ability to troubleshoot with ideally some technical aptitude in mining or minerals processing
Solid report writing skills and with an understanding of contractual terms
Extensive Site Account Management or Business Development experience in a similar field
Proven relationship building skills
Professional approach
This role will involve extensive travel throughout the regions serviced and we expect that at least 50% of your time would be spent travelling so it’s essential that you enjoy this part of the role.
