Partner Operations Specialist - Velocity

The Operations Specialist role works within the Velocity Business Systems team as an SME, managing the design, delivery, and support of Velocity's Consumer Partnerships related systems, processes and member offering. Working closely with the Velocity Frequent Flyer Partnership Managers and their teams, the Consumer Partnerships Operations Specialist role is responsible for the on boarding and successful delivery of new Velocity partners, the design and delivery of Consumer Partnership initiatives, BAU operations, partner maintenance, and the continuous improvement and uplift of systems and processes.
Specific Goals include:
Accountability for the delivery of Consumer Partners enabling Earn, Redeem and Status management (where required) to be delivered efficiently and effectively
Effective relationship management across a number of internal and external stakeholders and service providers to enable the successful delivery of initiatives, BAU support and the ongoing management of defined SLA's.
Management of Program Partner business priorities, projects and change requests internally and with our outsourced provider and partner(s)
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An operational background with a commercial understanding
An understanding of the loyalty industry and loyalty agreements between airlines
Strong analytical and commercial acumen
Experience in Business Case development
