Job description: Review and adapt the global marketing plan for the fragrances portfolio from global head quarters to the Middle Eastern Markets. Contributing towards, and developing, trade marketing strategies according to the market needs & in coherence with the global strategy. Execute the marketing/trade marketing plan across domestic market + travel retail and ensure they are aligned with the brand’s guidelines and policies. Closely working with regional partners to optimize brand image, exposure and animation. Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships. Analyze and evaluate the success of trade marketing activities (animations and in-store promotions) for each brand and report the results back to the Global Headquarters. Preparing visual merchandising packs, including plans and photographs, for Bas/stores/markets, to make sure all displays present a consistent image. Preparing & managing marketing budgets. Evaluating marketing campaigns & monitoring competitor activity Train the retail staff on the brand and sales techniques to ensure they represent the brand to the best possible standards. Conduct regular market visits in the UAE as well as travel to the GCC/Levant if & when needed. Contribute heavily towards establishment of boutiques, including sourcing locations, Desired Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have the following: Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines, 4- 8 years trade marketing experience in the beauty industry ; experience in fragrances is a big advantage, Fluency in English &/or Arabic ; fluency in either French/Spanish/Russian would be a plus, Good relationship building skills in order to develop long-term relationships with the retailers, Excellent analytical skills, Must be organized and creative, Emirate: Dubai, Type: Beauty & Fitness
