Description Job description: Manage on-boarding of new hires (Induction/Orientation). Performance Appraisal- Support Managers with the performance management process, setting objectives, reviews and appraisals. Maintain documentation related to the organization chart and job descriptions. Manage the payroll process every month. Working with the PRO, ensuring all visa/government and legal/compliance requirements are fulfilled. Support the employment needs of the company. Exit Formalities- Conduct exit interviews and get constructive feedback. Implement the corrective measures. Assist with special projects as necessary and oversee day to day HR operations. Skills: – Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with responsibilities. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Good analytical skills. Good organizational and IT skills. Familiarity with SAP ERP systems. SAP HCM working knowledge is preferred mainly as an implementer and an end-user in the following sub-modules is very essential Enterprise structure, Personnel Management, Recruitments, Training and Event management, Payroll (Any payroll or international payroll) and Time Management. Certification from SAP AG Germany is not essential. Selection will be based on a face to face interview. Compensation for this position will commensurate with qualification and experience.
