Duties: Under the direction of the HR Manager, Human Resources and working closely with the Human Resources and Payroll staff, the HRO will: Provide one-on-one advice and assistance to employees, managers and supervisors at all levels on human resources issues, ensuring adherence to collective agreement language and legislation

Participate in recruitment, on boarding, and performance management, Participate in job analysis, job description and job evaluation processes, Support and engage in Human Resources team initiatives, projects and meetings; managing special projects as assigned, Serve as back-up support to other Human Resources positions when needed, Arrange the training events in the Company

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other degree. Three to five years experience in a unionized human resources environment and experience working in a Logistics Company. Experience with (one or more) of the following areas: full cycle hiring process; orientation of new employees; staff support in HRM matters; job analysis and evaluation; compensation. Proficiency in SAP ECC 6 – HCM module is mandatory. Candidates will implementation and end-user knowledge are preferred.
