Call Takers Required For Emergency Call Centre - Job Description: Emergency Call Takers are required to provide incident call taking services, coordinate communications with other emergency services and perform administrative functions that support the emergency medical service operations. Experience: Applicants are required to have minimum 6 months customer service or call centre experience.
