Construction Equipment Operator (for grading, excavating, and paving)
Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, Overtime, Day
Salary: $13.00 Hourly for 60 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick (1 vacancy)

Education: Not required
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
Experience: Experience an asset
Type of Heavy Equipment Operated: Backhoe excavator, loader, Front end loader, Grader, Loader, Asphalt spreader, Compactor, Roller
Type of Work Experience: Fine grading and finishing, Asphalt finishing, Backfilling, Excavating, Sub-grade excavating, Sub-grade rolling, Material handling
Work Setting / Industry Experience: Quarrying, Residential construction
Specific Skills: Operate heavy equipment, Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks, Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment, Perform minor repairs to equipment
Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Attention to detail
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
