Architect Abu Dhabi Authorities

This job will induce the successful candidates into off-hours meetings depending on client’s availability and other various business scenarios.

Major Job Description: 1. Coordination between Clients and Head Office Technical Team. 2. Meeting with Clients to discuss on various design related matters and requirements. 3. Liaison and coordination with Abu Dhabi Municipality and other local authorities while leading all sorts of submissions and approvals. 4. Take part in business development matters.

Must have: + Interpersonal skills with very good English and Arabic communication capabilities. + Should have experience in dealing with Authorities and Clients. + At least 8 years to 15 years of experience in design development, client dealing and local authority’s transactions. + Should be able to handle submission / approval procedures related to Abu Dhabi Municipality and local authorities. + UAE Driving license and own car + Completed at least 03 projects of some considerable repute. + Should have hands on skills in AutoCAD. Knowledge and proficiency of Revit Architecture will be an added advantage.

Education: Graduate (Architecture / Interior Design) Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit Architecture (preferable), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office and MS Outlook.
