HR Professional with UAE & Hotel Industry Experience Required
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, committed and creative Human Resources Professional who is passionate about the job and career in the hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible in supporting the colleagues management and HR day-to-day functions. Ensure that all tasks are carried out. Handle matters, including colleagues concerns & performance and government relations management. He will be responsible but not limited to ensure and coordinate with all local government agencies with all the legal requirements & aspect and issues; in such, the Ministry of Labour, General Directorate for Naturalization and Residence, etc. – are met and complied. A candidate with relevant experience as Human Resources Professional and with strong knowledge and background in Government Relations & UAE Labor Law, in a Hotel or any similar large organizational set-up. Strong knowledge in principles and practices of all HR functions. Excellent proficiency communication skills in English both written and spoken – is a must. Comprehensive HR experience along with experience of UAE labor law preferably in hospitality industry in UAE – is desirable. Should have knowledge PayTrax Software.
