Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day
Salary: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 Yearly for 44 hours per week, Mileage Paid, Medical Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Construction Trade Certification, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, WHMIS, Driver's License
Experience: 5 years or more
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Residential construction, Commercial construction
Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20
Budgetary Responsibility: $4,000,001 - $8,000,000
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Develop and implement quality control programs, Prepare reports
Additional Skills: Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Confidential security clearance, Driver's validity license check
Own Tools/Equipment: Hard hat, Steel-toed safety boots
