Job Description: Sales Team Leader

Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates Leading a team of Medical Representatives. Managing an assigned territory/ region to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the supply, distribution and availability of pharmaceutical products in the designated pharmacies. Achieve sales target and margin improvement. Suggest and assist in identifying and setting up sales strategy. Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company. Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Brand awareness through implementation of various product promotion campaigns. Responsible strategic initiatives, excellent market presentation techniques. Build good client relations, optimize resources. Support and motivate staff members to achieve individual and team targets. Allocate and supervise tasks of staff. Ensure performance of staff is of high standard.
