Italian Order Management Executive

Excellent opportunity for candidate with some exposure to order processing or logistics to take up an exciting position with market leading company based in Dublin 18

Responsibilities:

    Process and manage all customer orders received via by email accurately and in timely manner.
    Print and enter orders onto database.
    Dealing directly with customers about orders, errors and ‘out of production’ products
    Issue confirmation of orders the customers (proforma invoices)
    Collaborate with all Export employees to organize daily workload and deal with any urgent issues.


Requirements:

    Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish also considered)
    Some experience in order processing or logistics
    Excellent Excel knowledge
