Position:  Social Worker (Youth Development), Pretoria West, One year contract

The successful candidate will be placed at a Training and Development centre in Pretoria West

Duties: Support students to attain maximum benefits from a training programme, Assist with students’ selection, Conduct students’ needs assessments, Identify resources and services required for student support, Assist students with Personal Development Plans, Conduct life skills training for students, Maintain accurate and complete students’ records as required by the programme, Conduct programme meetings and keep records, Liaise with programme stakeholders who are in the manufacturing environment. Personal requirements and competencies, Ability to lead a project with several programmes - planning and coordination skills are essential, Well-developed interpersonal skills to work with youth  as well as stakeholders from industry, Ability to function in a diverse team, Initiative and ability to work independently within your professional role, Ability to work with diversity

Minimum Qualification: A degree with major in counseling, social work, education or related field, 5 years’ experience, Excellent computer skills in Word and Excel, Own transport is essential, Position:  ONE year contract for a maximum of 160 hours a month, Posted By Talent Profiles, Location Pretoria
