Job Details: A leading UAE based food manufacturing company requires energetic and hardworking candidates for the mentioned position – QC Inspectors

Ideal candidate should have degree on food technology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry also should have knowledge in: Raw material receiving, On-line inspection/Preparation, Finished Goods inspection, Performs pre-shipment inspection, Documentation/Audit/Others maintains the records & files as per Quality Management System. Making reports for quality inspections & monitoring reports.

Conducts internal audit in a quarterly basis in preparation for the annual renewal of ISO 22000. Participates in the review of company’s HACCP plan.

Compliance with the regulatory requirements: GCC Standards (GSMO) and Municipality Requirements, USFDA Regulatory Food Safety Updates, Online Process/Operation control of food product with their related lab analysis Food Microbiology for HACCP
