Service Executive - We are currently hiring for Service Executive with prior experience in face to face customer service/reception. Female Arabic candidates can only apply for the role. Role Purpose: To ensure that all walk-in customers are greeted, directed to right counters, assisted in completing transactions, serviced efficiently, queries are answered. Perform all receptionist functions like warmly welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. Offer high levels of consistent, personalized, sincere and engaging service. Provide information and resources by proactively identifying customers & rsquo; needs and desires; answer questions; give directions To support staff by coordinating with various departments to ensure customer requests are executed To make service calls to customers Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
