Real Estate Developer Company is looking for Sales and Marketing Representative to market their units.

The person should be equipped with the following quality.

1) Excellent personality – very presentable and communication skills with at least 5 years of experience in the same field.

2) Pursue and Negotiation with existing Tenants for Renewal.

3) Leasing Contract renewals, time to time reminders to Tenants.

4) To Sale / Rent of Residential and Commercial Units.

5) Documentation of SPA / Leasing Contract etc.

6) Acquainted with PR Firms and writing bulletin about company.

7) Managing Company Website.

8) To maintain existing and develop new customer relationships.

9) Self-motivated and able to manage own time.
