Do you want to fast-track your career, Our Client currently seeks exceptional Dutch-speaking Airline Representatives to join their internationally-acclaimed winning team

Main duties will include, but are not limited to: Providing customer support for incoming queries from customers in Dutch and English, Liaising with customers to ensure understanding of products/ services, Resolving customer's complaint by determining the cause of the problem; and clarifying and explaining the best possible solution to solve the problem

Entry requirements: Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written skills), Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between Monday - Friday and rotational weekends (Operating hours: Monday - Friday between 07h30 - 19h00; Saturday and Sundays between 08h00 - 17h45), Excellent written skills is required for this role
