Requirements: A postgraduate: Commerce/ Business Admin Management/Conservation and Tourism. 10 to 12 years of Senior Executive Management experience in the relevant field, Knowledge of Financial Management, Computer literacy, Project Management, Legislative Framework including Corporate Governance, Diversity Management, Human Resources Management, Customer Service and Conservation and Tourism industry.

Duties: Develop and drive functional strategy, Develop, implement and monitor the Business Plan to deliver the functional strategy, Ensure business efficiency and optimize commercial opportunities, Provide leadership, development and management of Human Capital, Manage relationships with key stakeholders for mutual benefit, Ensure sound financial management, Ensure customer-centric service delivery, Develop and drive the implementation of functional policy, Champion effective change management and transformation, Ensure sound corporate governance
