PICSA is a young financial administration company transforming the financial landscape for low income workers. We help employers set up financial services stokvels for their employees in order to improve their financial well being by giving them access to a range of cost effective financial products.

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll have one of our most important responsibilities: being the face of PICSA to our customers. Each phone call will be done with warmth and personal care in order to leave our customers with a smile on their face. Through farm visits, calls and administrative work, you'll help them build a better financial future by encouraging the right behaviours and giving them access to cost effective financial services.

Job duties: Manage and develop customer relationships through phone calls, text messages, Administrate customer transactions and credit assessments, Manage and maintain customer information and internal documents, Assist the Customer Relationship Manager with customer visits and presentations, Adhoc administration and reporting work

Candidate Requirements: Minimum of a matric certificate, Fluent in Afrikaans (First Language) and English, Excellent communication and people skills both verbal and written

Strong administrative skills: Driver's license and access to own transport is critical, Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, basic email and internet literacy), Good financial health and a desire to help others with their finances, Team player and able to work unsupervised is an important requirement

Advantageous requirements: Diploma or a commerce bachelor's degree, Accounting and/or maths as matric subjects, Understanding of background in the agricultural sector, Excellent savings record and responsible borrowing behavior, Gross Salary: R4500 to R8000 per month depending on experience and skillset.
