Mango5 looking for an IT Manager who will be responsible for the implementation, operations and management of all IT platforms. Candidate would be required to manage and liaise with all service providers and supervise an IT team of support staff who will report directly to them.

LOCATION: Airport Industrial, Western Cape, POSITION: Permanent, SALARY: Market Related

Requirements & Duties: Candidate must have a Computer Science Degree or similar qualification

Must have a solid 5+ years experience in managing a large multi-branch Windows domain (Win Server 2012)

Candidate would be required to have Solid network management skills; QoS, Firewalls, trouble-shooting bottle-necks (Cisco certification would be advantageous)

Having experience in an Inbound call-centre industry or any other high-availability environment would be advantageous
