Key Responsibilities: Event organization. From comprehensive planning to following through with the execution. Upkeep of the marketing room/assisting customers and staff with marketing materials. Loading purchase orders on XALT and invoicing of vendors. Expense claims and credit card reconciliations. Meeting minutes. Assisting the marketing manager with all administrative work and filing. All travel bookings, flights, accommodation and visa documentation. PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications: Matric with mathematics, Marketing diploma/degree, Driver’s license/own vehicle essential, Efficient in Microsoft Office/ Excellent Excel Skills
