Surgical Unit Manager, Location, Other, Southern Suburbs, Urgently looking for a Surgical Unit Manager residing in the Southern Suburbs

Requirements: SANC registered as Professional Nurse, B.Sc. degree or similar would be advantageous, 2+ years running a busy private surgical ward, Ability to build excellent relationships with doctors, ward staff and patients alike, Good Scientific Nursing Practice and BCA bundles knowledge, Intermediate MS Office knowledge, Strong leadership abilities and prior experience managing staff is essential, Motivated, driven and passionate about the delivery of excellent health care to patients, Adhering to patients rights at all times and the ability to discuss treatment and care with patients and their families essential, Passion for staff development, training and mentoring junior / new staff
