IT Support Technician· Attend to on-site support and installation calls pertaining to: Windows XP, Vista, MS Office including Email (Outlook or Outlook Express) Configuration, Windows Server 2003, 2008, Ethernet and wireless networking, Terminal Services client config and support, Printing Issues, Computer Hardware Support, Scale Black Box Interface support and rollout (Training will be provided), In-house Yard Management System support and rollout (Training will be provided), Manage call logs on helpdesk and keep them up to date, Travel between sites in area

Requirements: MCSE or equivalent networking certification, A+ or equivalent certification, Minimum 1 year experience in support field, Own Transport and code 8 Drivers Licence, Good interpersonal skills, Ability to deal with staff at all levels throughout the organization, Logical problem solving skills, A strong customer focus/orientation
