Experienced call centre agent / loan administrator needed with the following attributes: Ideal candidate to be between 25 and 35 years old, Minimum 2 year relevant financial services / credit lending industry experience, Knowledge of NCR, FICA, FAIS, Code of Conduct, Anti-Fraud etc. Good communication skills (verbal and written), Afrikaans and English proficient (written and orally), Excellent PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Loan Management software), Needs to be able to type fast, Industry specific references, Clean and sober habits

The position is that of a call centre agent and loan administrator that processes daily finance applications with due care, handles client enquiries with excellent customer service, maintains regular communication with services providers and suppliers and provide detailed feedback and reporting to management.

Position available immediately. Three month probation period. Starting salary from R 8 000 depending on experience, No chancers please, apply only if you have all of the above experience.
