Job Purpose: The Broker Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets across various products and campaigns. The successful incumbent will be required to actively sell value added products to high affinity customers. An excellent communicator with proven selling skills is required. To offer financial solutions to clients.
Key Functions and tasks: Conduct outbound calls in order to market products, Sell product to a wide range of clients using a wide variety of products, Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince clients to accept product, Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise, Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets, Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality, Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
Attention to detail: Maintain and Develop professional selling skills
Minimum Requirements: Must have active dealer base, Must write an average of 40 sales a month (Proof required: 3months payslip), Excellent communication (verbal and written), Must be computer literate, RE 5 is an added advantage, ITC and Criminal clear, Minimum 6months experience, Must quote with 3 or more insurance companies, Excellent negotiating and closing skills, Excellent time management and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Confident and assertive.
Hours: Durban Office - Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm, JHB Office – Mon – Fri 8am to 7pm, Alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 1pm
Remuneration: R5000-R6000
