Sales and Marketing Representative, Location, Edenvale, East Rand, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time

Business development specialist (sales rep) business development - edenvale permanent after 3 month probation, Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above vacancy within the business development (sales and marketing) team of Aristotle consulting.

Key Purpose: The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets for the Company

Key Outputs: Generate Orders / Selling the services and training and IP of the Company, Identify Opportunities for Sales in Potential and Existing Customers, Assist with the Development of Marketing Plans, Strategies and Execution, Research and Develop a Targeted Selling Plan for Identified Potential Customers, Ensure Customer Relationships are maintained and developed, Identify Process Improvements within the current Selling and Marketing Processes, Perform Admin relating to the Company CRM system

Key Attributes and Competencies: Strong conceptual ability. Strong system aptitude / affinity with technology, Excellent interpersonal skills, Strong customer service ethic, Deadline / Goal driven / Self-motivated, Own Transport Essential

Qualifications / Experience: Matric or Grade 12, Marketing and/or Sales Qualification preferred, Experience in Sales, particularly Service Sales, A good understanding of Manufacturing / Process industries, A basic knowledge of Computing Concepts and Processes, The advert has minimum requirements listed. Remuneration: Salary Basic R 4000 – R 6000 depending on experience and suitability, Hours flexible and/or half-day allowed provided sales KPIs are me. We are output driven not time.
