Operation Supervisor Finance (Lending), Well established Company is looking for an Operations Supervisor that will be responsible for the Lending / Debtors. Salary: R15 000.00 to R18 000.00 per month

Minimum Requirements: Matric, Lending (Loan) & Debtor Management experience, Bookkeeping experience

Responsibilities: Loan & Debtor Management

Quality assurance of loans paid out: Assessing if all supporting documentation on file before a loan is paid out. Loading of the loans on the lending system. Loading of the loan pay-outs on the bank (EFT payments), Assessment of integrity reports on a daily/monthly basis

Checking that the loans on the system are correctly loaded: Correct interest rate, payment, PV, loan will amortize down to zero, Client queries on loans : corrections / restructure of loan accounts, Loading of Manual Debit Orders, receipts and Settlements from the bank account to the lending/debtor system, Month end reconciliation – Loan pay outs on bank account vs. loan pay outs on lending/debtors system, Administrative Skills & reporting, Daily banking – pay out of loans and creditors, Daily debit order run – Run debit orders on the lending system & load on the bank account, Weekly & monthly reporting to Shareholders & Directors on Debtors/Loan book, Bookkeeping, Basic book keeping skills, Journalising of debtors & creditors, Monthly debtors & bank reconciliations, Please apply online, Frogg Recruitment SA
