We are looking for a responsible and reliable candidate for our technical support team, who is serious about providing top quality customer support for a variety of local and international clients. The role involves participating in the dealings with customer queries via the telephone and email, responding with fault finding and problem solving, service monitoring and remediation.
Key Responsibilities: To monitor, support, maintain applications, Respond to customer’s inquiries via support channels (telephone and email), Internal escalation and communication with different departments, Basic fault finding, problem solving, Following a query through from start to finish, Reporting, Working effectively within a team
Key Requirements: A+ , N+, Linux+, Website related service experience (IIS, apache2, Mysql) advantages, Own reliable transport, Personal Skills Attributes, The ability to problem solve and think quickly on your feet, Service driven with a postive, can do attitude
