Position Summary: Full responsibility for projects and clients within own portfolio, meaning Continuity, Client satisfaction, Financial Control, Human Resources, H&S, Quality, Contractual Compliance and Profitability
Key Accountabilities / Principal Responsibilities: Manage the contracting and contractual elements of the contract, Responsible for all direct resources including sub consultants, Set up and manage contracts, Generate monthly certificates and invoicing monthly budgets to the client, Coordinate, process and submit monthly reports, Responsible for the costs and profitability of the contract, Client facilitation and relationship building, Assist and support the head of operations, Quality & HSEQ compliance, Manage legal & risk requirements of the contract
Key Skills and Experience: Grade 12, Must have a degree in a related discipline, Previous working experience at a senior level in a similar capacity, Must have managed commercial and contractual elements, Must have managed resources and sub consultants, Must have working experience with managing budgets, including costs and profitability, Advance computer skills including presentation material
People and Management Skill: Strong leadership qualities and a confident decision maker, Possesses the drive to oversee and take ownership of the activities of the business, Excellent interpersonal skills in working with multicultural teams across all levels, with focus on tact, diplomacy and rapport building, Highly effective communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, Committed to professional ethical standards, Ability to work in a team environment and foster positive and collaborative work habits, Excellent project planning and problem solving skills and managing action plans, Ability to conduct client and company relationships with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
Strong negotiation skills, Excellent report writing skills, Solid contract understanding and working understanding of contract legal issues
