Customer service roles available

Languages: French and Italian

Requirements:

    Must have excellent written communications skills
    Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner
    Min 1 year of customer support experience (Call centre, reception, office)
    Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment,
    Strong communication skills
    An effective team player who is able to also work independently
    Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
    Proven ability to multitask
    Language requirements: Native level of  French and fluentr Italian and English.
