Inbound Tour Consultants, Looking for Inbound Tour Consultants for leading inbound DMC, German/English/ Chinese/Japanese/Indian speaking

Previous experience: 3- 5 years’ experience in inbound tourism, Tourplan knowledge would be an advantage, Sound knowledge of Southern Africa, Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Fluency in the relevant language  (written & spoken) essential, Highly organised and excellent attention to detail, Matric essential

Duties would include: Secure business and cost products, Build up and maintain agent / supplier relationships, Quote and design creative itineraries and proposals, Source & sell alternative services, Successfully run groups / tour series / FIT bookings, Margin control, Prepare welcome packs (vouchers/itineraries etc.), Handle the 24hr emergency phone, Reconcile supplier invoices for processing, Reconcile tour guide expense sheets and check guide salaries, Assist in answering complaints, Job Title Inbound Tour Consultants, Posted By Executive Placing, Location Cape Town North
