Hiring a Hot Food Cook
Completion of secondary school is required. At least three years of commercial culinary experience is required. Specialty in Japanese Hot food cuisine is an asset.
Main duties: Plan, prepare and cook various Japanese hot food dishes (Tempura, Teriyaki, Udon, Gyoza and other various Japanese hot food dishes), develop new menu items and recipes, supervise and train junior cooks and helpers in preparation techniques used.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time position)
Wage & benefits: $15-$18 per hour (depends on experience and expertise) with 4% in vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation, free meals and gratuities
