Chefs, Thai Lemongrass Restaurant Ltd. dba Thai Lemongrass Restaurant at 3838 Cadboro Bay Road, Victoria, is looking for 2 Authentic ThaiChefs with more than 5 years of ‘Thai Food Cooking’ experience and familiar with Thai herbs and spices. These are full-time positions and you may be required to work late evening and weekend shifts. The successful applicant should be friendly, outgoing, helpful, dependable and be required to perform the following duties: Prepare and cook full course meals, Train other kitchen staff the art of Authentic Thai cooking with Thai herbs  and spices, Work with specialized cooking equipment, such as the deep fryer, Work with minimal supervision whenever required, Adapt menu dishes to accommodate customers with food allergies, Order supplies and equipment when required, Must understand kitchen management and food costs control, Perform related work as required, Clean kitchen and work area and perform related work as required, The ability to speak and understand Thai is an asset as the other cooks primary language is Thai but this is not an essential or mandatory requirement.
