Housekeeping Supervisor, Mountaineer Lodg Eoffers 78 guestrooms in a variety of sizes to accommodate guests. Operating on a seasonal basis, we provide a good learning environment for tourism students interested in gaining experience in the hotel industry.

Responsibilities: Management of housekeeping department; supervision of 10-15 housekeeping employees. Will be required to train staff and do scheduling. Duties include daily room inspection, control of housekeeping supplies (inventory control), monthly inventory report, laundry control. The position requires basic computer skills. The supervisor reports directly to management.  Some cleaning is expected from the supervisor.

Qualifications: Enthusiastic and highly motivated person. Must be a team player with strong leadership capabilities, effective communication, and good decision-making and organizational skills.  Minimum of 6 months to 1 year housekeeping and supervisory experience necessary.
