An international Health and Fitness company is looking for a vibrant and dynamic Telesales Team Leader to oversee a Team of 10 to 15 Agents. The main focus of the role will be to ensure that all targets, KPI's and deadlines are consistently achieved. To motivate and develop the team.

This is a great opportunity for stability and balance.

The working hours are: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Benefits - Medical Aid, Pension Fund and FREE gym membership. This is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate who meets the below criteria.

Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years Telesales Team Leader experience, Matric/Grade 12 is essential, No criminal records
