Buffalo Mountain Lodge has an opening for a Maintenance Labourer.

The position would starts immediately and is a year round position

This position consists of 5 shifts followed by 2 days off. On call shifts may be required

Hours may vary depending on business levels.

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties of basic plumbing and basic electrical as well as boiler & hot tub checks, guest rooms repairs, small drywall and painting repairs, assisting with the grounds team by chopping wood or shoveling snow may be required and working on a variety of maintenance projects as assigned. The maintenance team operates 24/7 working 5 shifts per week.

Requirements: A full valid driver’s license and clean driving record required, Must have the ability to climb a ladder to fix light bulbs or to clear cabin roofs, Some maintenance labour experience required, Must be flexible to work all shifts, Good physical dexterity to shovel and climb ladders, Will be working outside in all seasons (fall, summer, spring, winter), Physical demands, sitting, standing, bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
