Position available for x 2 Assistant F & B Managers. Must be able to handle pressure with a smile on your face. Passionate about Customer Service & people, Willing to work Hands on. Loyal & Hard Working. Enjoy challenges, Energetic & Vibrant (cater for up to 500 pax), Assist Snr. Managers where required - on floor / stock taking / venue setups. Must be NEAT & well presented.

Must be of SOBER habits, Must be fully Bilingual - English & Afrikaans. Must be Computer literate - POS is an advantage, Must have at least 1 years experience as F & B manager. Must be prepared to work shift work - no clock watchers pse, Must be able to work as a team - assisting & sometimes leading. Must be able to start ASAP.  (couples welcome), Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Salary includes Accommodation with Water & Lights, Salary includes 2 meals per day whilst on duty.
