Location, Good wood, Northern Suburbs, Job Type Full-Time, Experienced JUNIOR Sales Consultant (Records Management Consultant) - (2 - 3 years exp) in Sales/IT background - Must have own Transport - market all products & services to new & existing clients in order to achieve agreed sales targets

Key Responsibilities - Engage with clients on a regular basis to maintain sound relationships - Acts as primary contact between clients & Co providing customized solutions - problem/issue resolution - Markets products & services in the region to achieve agreed sales targets - Communicates concerns relating to service delivery to Customer Service Consultants & ensures resolution thereof - Stays abreast of & inform the Sales & Service Manager of changing market/competitor trends - Report sales statistics to the Sales & Service Manager on a weekly basis - Maintains a current & updated database on all clients in own portfolio - Provide customized solutions through an in-depth understanding of specific client needs relating to document classification& retention to ensure fast & effective retrieval - Prepare/present business proposals to existing/potential clients
