Earbus Foundation of WA (the Foundation) is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the positions of Newborn Hearing Screeners at private hospitals in Western Australia (WA). Full training will be provided. The Newborn Hearing Screening Program provides hearing screening services to babies born in 7 private maternity hospitals in the Perth, Bunbury, and Geraldton regions of WA.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate: A commitment to uphold the Foundation's core values, The ability to work independently, and as part of a team, to ensure the Newborn Screening Program meets its expected operational requirements, Computer literacy: Experience using MS Office and record management systems, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Understanding of client confidentiality and privacy requirements.

In addition applicants must be able to provide, prior to commencement of employment: A current Working with Children Card and a National Police Clearance certificate (less than 6 months old), A current driver's license, Vehicle registration and insurance documentation, Experience working with infants/babies, prior hospital experience, or experience as a Newborn Hearing Screener is desirable. The positions are part-time with flexible working hours. Positions will commence 1st October 2015.
