An exceptional chef position in a very busy hotel in the middle of Perth city. This job requires someone with a strong work ethic and the will to achieve results in their chosen proffesion. This is a hands on position in a very busy alacarte establishment. We have a very stable business that has a proven track record of consistency and good quality food.We have a brand new kitchen and pizza kitchen aswell. The job entails such benefits as a rotating roster with occasional weekends and nights off, and early finishes for city work with all parking provided. We have a level of staff that have the experience to be put in any situation that is put before them and this helps this rotation. We have a stable team in the kitchen that has enabled us to have kitchen hands and apprentices also being able to cook in any position in the kitchen. This job offers great money with great working conditions. The applicant will need to be a fast and diligent operator as this is an extremely fast paced alacarte establishment.
