A rare opportunity has arisen for a lawyer with three or more years' experience in intellectual property litigation, with significant exposure to patent litigation, and ideally some experience in IP transaction work (ideally in a medium or large size firm) to join our firm. The successful applicant will assist in intellectual property litigation in the Federal Court of Australia, covering a range of technologies. Exposure to IP commercial transactions and advice can also be expected and will be encouraged.

The position is unique, and offers an excellent opportunity with scope for autonomy and rapid advancement. The position would be ideally suited to a lawyer with an eye for detail who enjoys high caliber IP litigation particularly in the patent area, who is looking for a smaller firm with "blue chip" clients and who is interested in expanding their skill set to supervised IP commercial transaction work.
