Job summary and essential job functions: Must be ambitious, presentable, energetic and self-motivated. Must show ability to prioritise and plan activities, be influential and show good negotiation skills. Good interpersonal skills and be a good listener. Canvass new customers and still maintain the relationships of the existing customer database. Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular review visits and sales calls. Identify and visit new customers to introduce products and gain new customers. Gathering of market and customer information and communicating this to management. Keeping customer database up to date. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. Checking of the quantity of goods in stock. Checking on customer displays. Recording sales and order forms. Recording visits to customers on Pastel Evolution Incidents. Gaining a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements. Proactively develop opportunities for all our products.
