Location, Century City, Cape Town, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time, World Leaders in Internet Security ARE RECRUITING for a new QA Coach for one of their Sales Teams. Working closely within the training team you would provide support to the Sales teams to ensure their success at all times.

Responsibilities include: Meeting/Exceeding QA goals/KPI; Maintaining a strong understanding of business, technology and product developments; Provide reliable, accurate and consistent feedback to sales staff based off QA findings; Manage QA output touch-point ratios for a specified group of sales staff; Maintain a strong understanding of sales best practices and processes; Maintain a strong understanding of QA measurement areas and methodologies; Keep accurate records and be able to provide accurate reports; Assist with the training and on-boarding of new starters.

2-4 years similar experience required along with exposure to a KPI and Sales Driven environment. Ideal candidates would be those wanting to build a career in QA and Training.

Clear credit and criminal record essential.

The role working hours are 2pm – 11pm Monday to Friday and for this you would be receive a R14 000 basic, R4500 OTE and R2100 (shift allowance) plus quarterly incentives (cash based on KPI's) of previous 3 months
