Ermha Ltd is a leading provider of recovery focused rehabilitation and support services to people with a disability and/or mental health disability programs, which are delivered in the Geelong area, designed to enhance people’s lives and their involvement and acceptance in the community.

Ermha 360 is recruiting staff members who will be paid at a casual rate but may be required to work up to 38 hours per week including after-hours/weekends/public holidays.   We are expanding rapidly and are looking for the appropriately skilled team members to grow with us.

We are looking for: Certificate IV in Disability/Mental Health or relevant experience working with people with complex needs

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, An understanding of Trauma Informed Care Framework, Full Victorian drivers licence, Ability to work as part of a team as well as 1-1 in an outreach setting

Service Delivery Context: The people who will be targeted by this service will require intensive support packages tailored to: Promoting the capacity of the client/participant to maximise their control over their environment, Enable the client/participant to live optimally within a supportive community, Facilitate the development of supportive and responsive communities, Facilitate constructive links with the range of community services and resources.
