headspace Adelaide and Noarlunga will provide a range of services to young people including primary health, mental health, substance use counselling and social recovery programs. It will be staffed by a multidisciplinary team of health professionals and administrative staff and will focus on the provision of early intervention services, utilising evidence-based practice with the vision of improving the quality of life of young people.
These new roles will be responsible for providing high quality day-to-day administrative services to support the effective function of the headspace Adelaide and headspace Noarlunga Centres. These critical roles are also key in ensuring that the service is perceived by young people as accessible, youth friendly and welcoming.
These positions report to the Office Coordinator and will be primarily responsible for providing exceptionally high quality day-to-day administrative services, in order to support service delivery. These duties will include providing:- reception services, including phone calls and clients attending the centres, registration and information for new clients, administrative support services, as required, the collection of all relevant data, timely high quality reports
headspace is seeking a person who has proven demonstrated administration and reception experience (preferably 3+ years), strong knowledge of administration and procurement procedures, experience with EMR’s, strong billing or other IT/health support based tools together with excellent Microsoft Office skills (outlook, word, power point and excel). Naturally, you will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a professional manner and commitment to maintain confidentiality.

As a guide, remuneration of $50,000- $60,000 FTE is offered, dependent on skills and experience; plus superannuation and generous salary packaging opportunities are also available. The role is offered until 30 June 2016, in line with our funding agreement.
