Description: One of Sydney’s leading independent agencies is looking for a senior designer with the ability to bring ideas to life, working in a fast paced integrated environment.

Your experience will cover everything from Creative Suite to Keynote and even finished art when things get really busy. Managing a small team and instilling confidence in their ability whilst always offering positive feedback is hugely important. A sense of energy and enthusiasm whilst remaining super calm under pressure will all be what makes you who you are. Your solid understanding and working experience of the digital space is a must. You’ll be working across brand identities, publishing, advertising and all forms of digital communications. And to keep things interesting, every day will be different.

Ability to deliver top notch design solutions across online and offline media

Design brand identities, graphic guidelines, collateral, and campaign components

Beautifully crafted work to ensure high quality and consistency with agency standards

Supervision of print production including press checks when required

Genuine interest in the work and a collaborative working relationship with Creatives

In addition we’d like you to have a positive can do attitude, be curious and resourceful and confident. Excellent communication skills and of course, a website demonstrating your superb design skills.
