Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions, Develop creative ideas (in collaboration with team members and copywriters), Be responsible for the creative level of work coming out of the team, Collaborate with strategy, production, account and business development teams, Take a lead role in presentations to both existing and potential clients,

Experience Guidelines: 8+ years of industry/agency experience, Alcohol experience would be awesome - we do a lot in this space, Integrated, Brand Development and Shopper Marketing experience, Solid portfolio demonstrating passion and creativity, Ability to work independently and with a creative team, Understanding of creative technologies, new trends and data and how they can benefit our clients. Solid communication skills, including being comfortable in front of clients
